Juice Feasting Day 9 - Doing Enemas While Juice Feasting

Good day to you wonderful Being! =)

I hope that your day has been great so far and that the rest of it will be filled with lovely blessings!

Today is Day #9 of our Juicy Feast and tomorrow is officially the last day of our planned journey! Yesterday was the first day that Julia had a difficult time. She had a bad headache in the morning and generally did not feel as good as she has felt the rest of the days.

She called me in the morning and asked me for help. When she said she had a headache, I knew immediately what was going on. Normally, when you have a headache and don't feel well on a Juice Feast, it's because you need to do an enema and your body needs some pure water. When Juice Feasting, we drink a lot of juice and sometimes we forget to drink pure, clear water. It's important to get enough pure water so your body has enough clear fluid to move things around. When you don't, it shows up as a headache.

So I told her to drink 1 Quart of water. But to guzzle it down quickly and NOT to take little sips. After that, do an enema and then drink another Quart of water. She did it, and she felt much better! =)

Wow! Tomorrow is already Day #10! Can you believe it? This is the quickest Juice Feast I have ever done! It really went by fast. They say... time flies when you're having fun! =)

Julia has decided to break her Juice Feast after Day #10. After we talked about this, I agree with her. 10 days has been enough for her first time. I think it's a great decision and I fully support her.

What will we be talking about tomorrow?
Today we did not cover how to get Protein during the Juice Feast because there wasn't enough time. Tomorrow we will talk about Protein sources when Juice Feasting. We will also talk about how to know when it's time to break your Juice Feast. It's Day #10 tomorrow! Yippie! We made it! =)

The E-Book is coming out by this Wed. Feb. 2nd
I was hoping to have it ready by the 1st. of Feb, but I want to add some more things and I don't want to rush it. Sorry if you were looking forward it, but I promise the extra couple of days are serving to make it even better than it was. I am also creating a website for it, where you will be able to get a few of the things that you will need for your Juice Feast. =)

Juice Feasting Results BEFORE/AFTER - Day 6 - Organic Produce and Getting Grounded

Hello fellow brothers and sisters! =)

Julia and I cannot believe how fast this Juice Feast is going! Day 6 has already passed, and after tomorrow it will be 1 week that we've been juice feasting! <3

I think that this may be the easiest juice feast that I have ever done, and I have done over 20 juice feasts before. Maybe it's because we are making such a big deal out of it and sharing our journey with the world? Maybe it's because this time I have a partner, and a very fun partner at that! =)

Julia has been so cooperative and easy to coach. Sometimes people are not able to take direction from another because of their ego, but Julia does not have that problem at all! She is so easy going and listens to the direction I give her. She also asks very good questions, that then turn into this blog and into video content! =)

    Juice Feasting Day #04 - BEFORE/AFTER pics - Juice Feasting How To - Bloated Stomach Treatment=)

    Hello there beautiful being! :) <3

    I hope that your day is going great so far, and things are coming to you easily and smoothly! :)

    Yesterday was Day #4 of our 10-day Juice Feast and Julia and I are doing great and still going strong! She came over last night and we took some more photos and made a video as well.

    I am completely amazed at Julia's progress and how her body is transforming! Her skin looks radiant, she's lost 4lbs, the energy in and around her body is changing (I can perceive it very easily. If you look closely and with presence, so can you!) and she says that she has not felt this good for many, many years!

    Juice Feasting Day #03 - Q and Julia's 10-Day Juice Feasting Journey! =)

    Hello all of you beautiful and amazing spirits! Thank you so much for being interested in changing your life for the better! =)

    So, today was Day #3 of our juicy juice feast, and it was quite a wonderful day!

    This is the juice that I had this morning! :)

    I have received many emails and messages on Facebook from people who are interested in doing their own Juice Feast, but have never done one before (at least not successfully).

    Because of the high interest in our juice feasting journey, I have decided to put together an e-book that will serve as an empowering guide to doing a successful juice feast! =)

    I am working on it almost day and night, and I hope to have it completed by the end of this week! I have also decided that a portion of the proceeds will go directly my non-profit charity: The GIVE Project! That means that by purchasing the upcoming e-book, not only will you be making an investment into your own health and well being, but you will also be making a donation to charity! How cool is that? :) <3

    Unfortunately, Julia could not come over today to take photos and make a video because she had to work. But the good news is that she did email me an update about how she is doing on Day #3 of our Juice Feast.

    Here are Julia's own words:

    "The one thing I very strongly felt today was the rush/buzz of energy in my blood and cells. It felt as though my cells were smiling and happy and telling me 'thank you' for finally giving them a rest. I felt their relief within my system. :) The one thing that surprises me is that I have not had any hunger pangs or even the desire for solid food or any type of craving. My body feels completely satisfied and fulfilled. I thought perhaps I may experience weakness during massage sessions with clients, but on the contrary I felt strong and able to perform on a higher level than before. I realized today that food and the love of Self are deeply connected..."

    Wow! That is so beautiful! Indeed... when you are on a juice feast your body DOES thank you for giving it a break. How many years have we all been eating and eating and eating and never giving our body a break to take a breather? That is one of the beautiful things about juice feasting. You body truly gets to relax and rejuvenate on a molecular level. :) <3

    It's only been 1 day, and Julia has already released 2lbs!

    The 10-Day Juicy Juice Feasting Journey w/ Julia Pasley! =)

    Hello everybody! And welcome to my blog! =)

    This is my *FIRST BLOG*, and I am so exciting to be doing this!

    My friend from Facebook -- Julia Pasley -- has decided to do a 10-Day Juice Feast and has agreed to allow me to document the whole thing!


    The official first day of the juice feast is Sunday, Jan. 23rd!

    Julia's starting weight: 150lbs
    Her goal: 130lbs

    She want's to loose 20lbs! That is no problem on a juice feast. The average is about 1lb per day on a juice feast, so she may have to go on for 20 days to reach her goal! =)

    For those of you who do not know what "Juice Feasting" is... juice feasting (or fasting) is when you take a break from eating solid foods, and go on a liquid diet for an extended period of time. When you take a break from solids, it allows your body to heal and regenerate as you detoxify your body by drinking at least 1 gallon of fresh squeezed, organic delicious vegetable and fruit juices! You get all of your essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals during the cleanse! You can do it for 1 day, 10 days, or even 120 days if you wish!

    The longest I have ever gone on a Juice Feast is for 34 days! During that time I lost 30lbs and 99.99% of all of my ailments simply melted away. I have never felt or looked better IN MY LIFE! =)

    During Julia's journey, we will be documenting the whole thing by taking photos, making videos, and posting them on this blog! Thank you for following us on this amazing journey of juicy goodness. =)
